CTV Platform Kapang Signs Distribution Deal with World Boxing Council Linear Channel
2022 Kicks Off with a BANG 💥 Thanks to #Kapang
KENSINGTON, U.K. – Jan. 7, 2022 – In preparation for CES 2022 Las Vegas, View TV Group have signed a channel carriage deal on their Kapang CTV platform with leading combat-themed linear channel, WBC LIVE Channel Powered by VIVE, for broadcast in North America and the United Kingdom.
With so much premium sports content ready for connected TV broadcast, Kapang viewers
are in for a treat as VIVE Network has been working in unison with the World Boxing
Council (WBC), to create the 24/7 professional boxing channel WBC LIVE. The variety of
international bouts has made WBC LIVE a highly sought-after channel. WBC LIVE’s
curated, niche lineup including combat news, analysis, commentary, weigh-ins, pre- and
post-fight interviews, legacy fights, and live events will appeal to selective sports fans.

UK- and US-based viewers of the Kapang CTV platform will be able to enjoy WBC LIVE’s premium fight channel across a broad range of platforms and devices. The Kapang app is available on iOS, Apple TV, Android TV, Google Play, Fire TV stick and NVDIA Shield, as well as on the Kapang Set Top Box and website. Soon Kapang will further expand its reach to Roku, LG Web OS, Samsung Smart and Amazon Alexa platforms.
